General Information

Courtyard by Marriott Dallas-Allen
The conference will be held at the Courtyard by Marriott Dallas-Allen, located at 210 East Stacy Road, Allen, Texas. The hotel has extended a rate of $125 (single or double). In order to receive this special rate, your reservation must be made by January 25. Delegate Registration Fee
The fee includes educational sessions on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, online access to handouts, welcome reception, lunch on Friday (you must indicate attendance when you register for a ticket), continental breakfast on Saturday, and scheduled refreshment breaks. Roundtable breakfasts are not included in your registration fee but may be purchased separately.

Friday Lunch: Complimentary, but you must indicate attendance when you register.

Guest/Spouse Registration
The guest registration fee of $75 includes all educational sessions on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, welcome reception, lunch on Friday (you must indicate attendance when you register for a ticket), continental breakfast on Saturday, and scheduled refreshment breaks. Roundtable breakfasts are not included in the guest registration fee but may be purchased onsite for $25.  Please note that a city official may not register as a guest.  

Cancellation and Substitution Policy
If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a $45 cancellation fee per person will be assessed if written cancellation is emailed to
 acct@tml.org by January 25. Please note that no refunds will be honored after January 25 and meal tickets are non-refundable. Telephone cancellations will be not be accepted.

Confirmations, Badges, and Tickets
Confirmations will be emailed if you provide an email address. Name badges and optional tickets you ordered will be mailed to all delegates registered up to one week before the conference. REMEMBER—PLEASE BRING YOUR CONFIRMATION/BADGE TO THE CONFERENCE. Check in at the registration desk to receive your final program. Delegates and guests must wear their name badge at all times.

Texas Municipal League Institute (TMLI)
Elected officials can earn Texas Municipal League Institute (TMLI) credit by attending the Elected Officials’ Conference. CEU forms will be available onsite. For more information on the TMLI program, please go to http://www.tml.org/tmli, or contact us at tmli@tml.org.
