The conference will be held at the Hilton Palacio del Rio, located on the River Walk at 200 South Alamo Street in San Antonio. The hotel has extended a rate of $179 (single or double). Your reservation must be made by February 15 to receive this special rate.

Attendee Registration Fee – $225 (online)
The attendee registration fee for TML member city officials includes educational sessions on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, online access to handouts, welcome reception, buffet breakfast on Saturday, and scheduled refreshment breaks. Roundtable breakfasts are not included in your registration fee but may be purchased separately. Lunch on Friday is on your own.

The guest registration fee includes all educational sessions on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, welcome reception, buffet breakfast on Saturday, and scheduled refreshment breaks. Friday lunch is on your own. Roundtable breakfasts are not included in the guest registration fee but may be purchased onsite for $25. Please note that a city official may not register as a guest.
Non-Member Rate – $255
The non-member registration fee includes educational sessions on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, online access to handouts, welcome reception, buffet breakfast on Saturday, and scheduled refreshment breaks. Lunch on Friday is on your own.
Cancellation and Substitution Policy
If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a $45 cancellation fee per person will be assessed if written cancellation is emailed to email@example.com by February 15. Please note that no refunds will be honored after February 15 and meal tickets are non-refundable. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.
Confirmations, Badges, and Tickets
Confirmations will be emailed if you provide an email address. Name badges and optional tickets ordered will be mailed to all attendees registered up to one week before the conference. Please bring your name badge when you check in at the registration desk to receive your final program. Conference attendees and guests must wear their name badge at all times.
Texas Municipal League Institute (TMLI)
Elected officials can earn Texas Municipal League Institute (TMLI) credit by attending the Elected Officials’ Conference. CEU forms will be available onsite. For more information on the TMLI program, visit About TMLI, or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Are There Prerequisites?
No prerequisites are required to attend the Elected Officials’ Conference.
