Houston Marriott Sugar Land
The conference will be held at the Houston Marriott Sugar Land Hotel, located at 16090 City Walk in Sugar Land. The hotel has extended a rate of $155 (single or double) until January 14 or until the room block is full. Complimentary self parking is available.

Attendee Registration Fee – $235
The attendee registration fee for TML member city officials includes educational sessions on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, online access to handouts, continental breakfast on Thursday and Friday, and scheduled refreshment breaks. The fee increases to $255 after January 14.

Spouse/Significant Other Registration – $75
The spouse registration fee includes all educational sessions on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, continental breakfast on Thursday and Friday, and scheduled refreshment breaks.

Non-Member Rate – $355
The non-member registration fee includes educational sessions on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, online access to handouts, continental breakfast on Thursday and Friday, and scheduled refreshment breaks.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy
If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a $45 cancellation fee per person will be assessed if written cancellation is emailed to cheryl@tml.org by January 14. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Please note that no refunds will be honored after January 14. Transfers to other events is not permitted. Substitutions are always accepted.

Name Badges
Name badges will be available for pickup onsite. Only registered attendees will receive a name badge and they must be worn at all times.

Texas Municipal League Institute (TMLI)
Elected officials can earn Texas Municipal League Institute (TMLI) credit by attending the Elected Officials’ Conference. CEU forms will be available onsite. For more information on the TMLI program, visit About TMLI, or contact us at tmli@tml.org.

Are There Prerequisites?
No prerequisites are required to attend the Elected Officials’ Conference.
