TML Member and Associate Member Registration Fee – $135
The attendee and associate member registration fee includes educational sessions, handouts received, and a recording of the conference (available four weeks after the event).
Non-Member Rate – $175
The non-member registration fee includes educational sessions, handouts received, and a recording of the conference (available four weeks after the event).
Cancellation and Substitution Policy: If you are registered and cannot attend, a $45 cancellation fee will be assessed if written cancellation is emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org by March 4. Telephone cancellations are not accepted. No refunds or substitutions will be honored after login instructions have been sent. Transfers are not permitted for this event.
